1.holy shit, i actually woke up and didn't go to bed.
2.got some exercise today.
3.reserved my mornings for my own time. no emails, no phone checking.

What would make today great?

1.having a nice lunch.
2.coming back home and relaxing.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I was able to get in 10k steps without having to wander around aimlessly in SF.
2.I was able to do some mild exercise this morning.
3.had a good conversation and actually shared my five minute entries today with someone. felt good?

How could I have made today better?

I'm still having a little trouble focusing, as I found myself veering off into Reddit and Youtube again today.

I'm still getting messages from Yuki about how depressed she is, and it's honestly dragging me down a little. I can't really help someone who can't help themselves.
