1.I would like to had a good block of flow-time today.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.Even though I worked from home, I made an effort to get my 10k steps today.
2.I had a very tasty lunch from a new place.
3.Walking around has allowed me to see a few new areas around my house.

How could I have made today better?

Well, I woke up more tired than usual, even though I've been getting a regular 8 hours of sleep; so I probably need to be more strict about my go-to-bed times, and figure out exactly how much I need. I got a pretty late start because I was literally just lying in bed for an extra 20 mins -- which was probably fine because I didn't have to commute today. I think that I should probably also schedule my walking time at regular intervals to achieve my 10k step goals.
