I am grateful for...

1.I got before my alarm, so I am figuring out how much sleep I actually need.
2.I'm grateful for another day off.
3.I'm grateful for the friends I have.

What would make today great?

1.I'm going to test the weather, but it would be great if it were a little warmer.
2.Aiming for 5k steps -- half of my weekday goal.
3.Think about a new recipe, while I am getting groceries.

...getting more confident with each day.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I watched Spirited Away for the first time in... a literal decade, and it was fucking great!
2.I updated my blogging site, and did the laundry, which felt semi-productive.
3.I added some things to my 30-day challenge list.

How could I have made today better?

I think I should have spent a little more time outdoors, although I did head out to do some grocery shopping. Generally speaking, I feel I should spend more time cultivating some healthier habits all around, but also reconnecting with the things that I enjoy and the things that make me happy. My 30-day challenge list is getting more lengthy, and it is filled with things that I want to do.... and it has a bunch of stuff that I want to continue for more than 30 days. I wonder if there's a good way to build these into life habits.
