1.I started last night, but it would be great to continue reading Atomic Habits.
2.I'd like to shore up some of the to-do in Habitica.
3.I would like to have a healthy lunch, and get in some gaming today.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.All my meals were relatively healthy.
2.The depression-related chapters of Hyperbole and a Half were... exceptionally well done, and I enjoyed reading them alot.
3.I sped up the initial portion of my morning routine, and it worked out alright.

How could I have made today better?

I'm having a hard time keeping focused. I also feel like I'm wasting a ton of time on Habitica, oddly enough. I've become better organized, and I think my habits have definitely improved. However, I haven't been able to settle in and focus on a single thing for more than a few hours (even at work, since I seem to be flipping between things quite often); so my focus and concentration definitely could use impovement.
