Cheating: another amazing thing that happened today, was I started first meditation challenge with my co-workers, and it felt good.
As for other stuff: time. Focus. More of the same really. I think I just need to pick up the pace, and not dilly-dally. I woke up 15-minutes earlier, but I feel like I'm not gaining significant time -- though I definitely have more time available versus when I was just waking up at 6:30am.
According to Atomic Habits, a more effective way to work-in my habits is to schedule -- something I've definitely heard before, but have never done. So maybe I should spend some time thinking about where/when I will do the things that are currently in my Habits cue in Habitica, that never seem to get checked off.
