... neat, tidy, thoughtful, and intentional.
I actually felt more tired than usual. Despite that, I forgot to drink the coffee that I made for myself this morning (maybe I don't need the caffein after all?).
Following my own advice, I spent some time placing my habits/behaviors into a calendar, and it became a sort of schedule. Perhaps a little too neatly planned out. I feel like I've done something similar before, and not sure how I feel about this. But maybe it's what to need to create the habits that I want to create? And to do the things that I want to be doing?
I got a lot of sleep, so dunno why I felt tired.
Other than that, I feel like more gratuitous use of the Pomodoro technique would do me well; the time goes by quickly, and the break feels like good timing as well. I skipped it a few times, and eventually stopped using it; but I definitely caught myself staring at my phone several times, for no other reason other than I was not occupied with work.
