Oh man, I definitely ate waaaaaay too much. I seem to do that on Fridays, but this is something I'll definitely need to make a habit of: portion control.
I seriously need to be more strict about sleeping earlier. I think I'll set an alarm for when the lights should go off, and I should be winding down.
I got up on time, but I did stop and do nothing, because I felt so tired. I even dozed off slightly in the afternoon. One sleep deficit, and my lack of discipline of getting to sleep earlier definitely fucked me up this week.
That being said, I really should be beating myself up so much. Because tomorrow will always be better.
