1.Getting in more steps than I did yesterday.
2.Heading to the library, grabbing a donut, and a banh mi.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.Went to the library, got a donut, and a sandwich!
2.It felt great staying in, after being out in the rain.
3.I meditated while practicing, "self-compassion" for the first time.

How could I have made today better?

I defintely skirted a lot habits that I normally had done (even in previous weekends). I feel like I was still recovering from lack of sleep, and my schedule being messed up, but I hope I can get back on course again.

I wonder if exercise should just be a daily default, or if I should mix things up with some alternative exercise routines.
