3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I went to a new place for lunch, and it was, as usual, spectacular.
2.Well, I didn't quite hit my 10k steps goal, but I learned more about how much time I need to devote, and how much distance I need to cover to make it happen.
3.I time-blocked most of the activities I want to do in my calendar -- hopefully this will help me focus.

How could I have made today better?

I was seriously, too tired, and couldn't focus. I'm getting plenty of sleep, but I'm going to try and mix things up by sleeping earlier, and sleeping on the floor for some better back support.

I ate a ton; it was really good though, but I haven't really been loosing any weight, despite increasing my physical activity, so I've really gotta put a check on my diet. I'm thinking smaller portions, as I tend to overeat a bit.
