What would make today great?

1.It would be great if I somehow achieved 10k steps today.
2.Getting in some time to relax.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I got up on time, went out for stroll at 5am to "survey" a running route.
2.I went to a new place to get breakfast, and it was probably the most delicious breakfast sandwich I've had in a long time.
3.Had a nice chat with the front desk, so my day wasn't complete devoid of human contact.

How could I have made today better?

Cheating again: the other amazing thing that happened to me is that I was able to 55 pushups. Crazy.

I went out this morning, with the hope that there wouldn't be a lot of people out, and that it would be quietr. I was really wrong. It was soooo noisy, tons of cars and construction, and there were more people out than I expected. It seems a lot of people are actually heading to work between 5-6am, in addition to the homeless and other weirdos just loitering about. I was about for about 30 mins, but I think I saw only one other person who was actually running.

This puts a little crinkle in my running plan, as I was hoping to run in peace without the noise and people. I wonder if I just need to get myself to another location in the city...

I actually got a lot of walking done; not quite 10k steps, but I think I could have made it, with some added effort (and reward). With San Francisco on lock-down because of corona-virus concerns, it's gonna be a little trickier. I'll have to check out the rooftop and see if I can have my walks there.

I was a little light-headed this morning -- I'm not sure why, but I hope to fucking god that I'm not getting sick. I think I just need more sleep, but I'll see about that tomorrow.

Health-wise, the next few days are going to be hard, I feel.
