Sleep. I placed my phone next to the bed because I was trying out the Sleep Cycle app. As soon as the alarm went off, I turned it off, and laid back down. Big mistake. But I definitely learned that placing my phone several steps away helps get me up.
Didn't do a ton of walking: that needs to change.
I started tracking my food: definitely am eating too many calories, so I'll need to keep closer track of things.
