1.Sore muscles after (attempting to do) a workout.
2.At least, trying new things, failing, and attempting to learn from those failures.
3.Brown rice tea.

1.Lunch out.
2.Some work focus.

smart enough to pass a technical interview.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.Went out to get lunch, and then had "virtual" lunch with everyone at work.
2.Got my first sleep reading, and learned that I definitely need to place my alarm away from the bed.
3.I did some guided meditation, and it was alright.

How could I have made today better?

Sleep. I placed my phone next to the bed because I was trying out the Sleep Cycle app. As soon as the alarm went off, I turned it off, and laid back down. Big mistake. But I definitely learned that placing my phone several steps away helps get me up.

Didn't do a ton of walking: that needs to change.

I started tracking my food: definitely am eating too many calories, so I'll need to keep closer track of things.
