I went to Chipotle for a "low-carb" option, and I pretty much ate an entire day's worth of calories in a single meal. Fuuuuuuuuuuuck. So yeah, it would have been better if I had not done that. I think eating out will be good for my "splurge" days, but not for a weekday casual lunch.
I had a hard time focusing again. I can't wait to have a regular work schedule again. For the time being, I've really got to break out the tomato timer, and get some focus in sessions.
My mind has been wandering a lot. I'll do a lot of research and think about my new habits, even when I've time-blocked my self to do something else. Which is kind of ironic. I think that I should probably set aside time for a "week in review" type of thing. Admittedly, this section in my five minute journal has become just that, but I should really formalize it and time block it.
