I definitely ate too much. My carb count was a little less than ideal, but my calorie count was way up.
I also did not get much in the way of physical activity. I don't know why... I think because I felt tired.
Which brings me to sleeping. Am I doing well? Technically, everything seems fine: I wake up on time, no mid-day dozing off, and Fitbit sleep analysis says I am getting quality sleep. Despite that, I've been needing a touch more coffee than usual. Hopefully the weekend will allow me to recharge.
