3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.64 pushups. Whoa.
2.Near-record step count every since this shelter-in-place started.
3.Got solid blocks of work done today using a tomato timer technique.

How could I have made today better?

I spent a loooong time cooking dinner, which cut into my "consumptive" activity time. I was making bulgogi beef. And now my apartment stinks I probably should do all my cooking on Sundays so I don't waste any time during the week doing any serious cooking.

Dare I say, besides that, today was pretty good overall. I have been trying to mind the news, but I've also been keeping in mind some other things I want to squeeze in:

  • lucid dreaming.
  • fiddling with notion or next cloud.
