3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I got an insane number of steps in today.
2.I went grocery shopping and replenished my stock of vegetables.
3.Probably my best day in terms of carb intake, as far as I've been measuring.

How could I have made today better?

I lost my cool at work. I became frustrated. I think it could have gone better if I had practiced what I'm learning during my meditation sessions: recognize how I feel, but still able to maintain my composure and keep going. I've had trouble with that since like... forever basically.

I was still using my pomodoro technique, though I was still found myself distracted. I kept periodically staring at my phone, of all things. I think with this remote-working life, I'm starting to hit upon a schedule. I think I should formalize my "work time" block a little better.
