I lost my cool at work. I became frustrated. I think it could have gone better if I had practiced what I'm learning during my meditation sessions: recognize how I feel, but still able to maintain my composure and keep going. I've had trouble with that since like... forever basically.
I was still using my pomodoro technique, though I was still found myself distracted. I kept periodically staring at my phone, of all things. I think with this remote-working life, I'm starting to hit upon a schedule. I think I should formalize my "work time" block a little better.
