Reading and walking! I tried it out yesterday (I think), and today, and it turns out that I can read and walk at the same time just fine. I think this might be something I should keep doing.
I definitely ate too many calories, although I did have salad, technically. And it was some quality take out, and not any fast-food or junk food.
Today's work load was fragmented, as is the case with Thursday's meetings -- I have a feeling that this will be unique to Thursday, but I still think I can manage my time better.
For the amount of focus I've gained at work, my mind during non-work times seems to be drifting a bit more. Need a little more focus in all parts of my life.
