I am grateful for...

1.Still being curious about things.
2.Fried chicken.
3.Trying to be mindful.

What would make today great?

1.Continuing on with my day, without beating myself up.
2.Getting a good night's sleep.
3.Delicious meals.

Daily affirmations. I am...

... allowed some leeway.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I had a shit ton of fried chicken, yet still maintained my calorie count.
2.Reached another new low for my weight, also did 80 push ups.
3.Quality media consumption time. I found that listening to audio books while working is actually pretty nice.

How could I have made today better?

I sometimes get ahead of my schedule, but then I end up wasting time doddling. Browsing the internet, or other some such.

I had a bad night, and ended up just sleeping in two hours extra. I think I needed it, but part of my wonders if I should have just powered through, considering that I'm going to be sleeping longer anyway (since it's the weekend).

I'm also wondering if the search and curiousity in all these personal knowledge and time management tools is just over complicating how I do things. On the one hand, I'm curious in how I can manage my personal knowledge. On the other hand, I want fewer complications in life.

Like, here are just a few things I can think of:

  • too many domains I own, which leads to too many website ideas.
  • too many monthly subscriptions
  • definitely too many physical things.
  • and now... I'm wondering if I have too many tools at my disposal, for how I want to manage this.

Tools:

  • google keep
  • google calender
  • google sheets
  • habitica
  • evernote
  • notion
  • trello
  • book stack
  • next cloud

Just something to think about I guess. Seems like sticking with the google ecosystem might be best, but not sure.
