3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.Walking the rooftops with Aerith was a splendid trip down memory lane (^^
2.Got through a drudgery of to-do items which had been on my plate for a while.
3.I finished day 42 (of 42) of meditation practice.

How could I have made today better?

I could have eaten a little healthier. Just a reminder to myself:

  • keep it simple
  • keep it quick
  • boring is okay
  • "treating myself" should always included treating myself better.

I think I should have a gotten a little more physical activity. Again, some of my weekday morning routines might have helped. Which might just change my attitude toward them: things that I do everyday, rather than relegated to weekday "obligations".
