Sleep cycle has been disturbed the past few days. As for what I could have done about that? I wonder if I need more sleep. As soon as I wake up and get going though, I usually feel fine. But, maybe there's other things I could be doing to improve my sleepy time.
My meals haven't been the healthiest; eating out quite a bit this week, and having leftovers. Well, just a minor setback.
I've generally been going pretty well, and for the first time, I'm having some disruptions to my schedule. I guess it hasn't all been too bad. I think I just have to come to terms with the fact that the schedule will need to be flexible sometimes and that I don't have be 100% every single day. That's impossible, right? Right.
