I'm tired. I don't know why. I'm getting a good amount of sleep, according to FitBit sleep tracking. Hopefully the weekend will reset me.
Work is spilling over beyond my two-hour blocks. I might need to re-examine my workday schedule. Either that, or just stop myself from working too much. My mid-day routine has suffered the most - haven't been doing as much walking or reading.
