... glad that I'm relatively healthy.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I had a minor breakthrough solving a hard problem at work.
2.I slept in a little bit because I had been feeling too tired -- I felt better today that past days.
3.I notice that I've been enjoying my meals much more than I ever have.

How could I have made today better?

I want to accelerate my getting rid of stuff. I think more eBaying, in addition to trying to place some items on Buy Nothing FB group should help.

I went out today briefly to do some reading, but I think I just need to spend more times outdoors.

My knees have been doing better; still, I'm feeling a little weaker than usual. I want to remain relatively active, but also not push myself too hard.

Work was insanely busy, and I haven't been able to keep my afternoon "personal block." I don't know what to do about this quite yet.

So, things to be consider doing:

  • accelerate eBay postings.
  • get to the rooftop more often. Mornings, lunch, afternoons, and early evening.
  • keep walking, but don't overdo it.
  • forgeo the afternoon personal block until things "die down" a bit at work.
