1.It was a leisurely time at work, and didn't feel too busy or stressed.

How could I have made today better?

Lots of dawdling, as usual. It seems that even when night comes in, my mind is racing at 100-miles a second. I really need to focus on the "wind-down" aspect of my evening wind-down routine.
