What would make today great?

1.A relatively low carb meal, so as not to have an afternoon food coma.
2.Getting some work done.
3.Staying relatively alert today, without any drowsiness.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.The pain in my lower back is subsiding a little bit.
2.I made mabo tofu for lunch today, and it was delicious.
3.I was able to sell some pricey items on eBay.

How could I have made today better?

First and foremost on my mind is my health; I feel better than I did over the weekend, but I'm still not 100%. I was comfortable while doing some sitting, so that was something. Still, I think I need to be careful and not get ahead of myself.

A lot of dawdling - I didn't really follow what I had scheduled for myself, and also there was a ton of work-related things to be done. Still, I should really just defer things, instead of "killing" myself to get them done.

In short, I need to prioritize my health. Putting all my energy into work isn't going to help me if my health is falling apart.
