going to get healthy.
First and foremost on my mind is my health; I feel better than I did over the weekend, but I'm still not 100%. I was comfortable while doing some sitting, so that was something. Still, I think I need to be careful and not get ahead of myself.
A lot of dawdling - I didn't really follow what I had scheduled for myself, and also there was a ton of work-related things to be done. Still, I should really just defer things, instead of "killing" myself to get them done.
In short, I need to prioritize my health. Putting all my energy into work isn't going to help me if my health is falling apart.
