3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I was actually able to take a nice walk during lunch, and it was really toasty outside.
2.I'm still making great progress in the reading I've been doing, surprisingly.
3.Physically, I feel better than I have since last weekend, and been able to focus on other things.

How could I have made today better?

Healthy lunch was had, though dinner was kinda... "borderline" healthy. I think one or two days a week, I should really, really be more strict about that.

Didn't do a ton of work - could have focused a little more on that.

I really need to speed up my eBay selling, otherwise this stuff will be sitting here forever. I've been packing and checking, but not listing stuff as aggressively as I could.

Also, maybe that weekday afternoon time should be set up for either: 1) going through the storage trundle, or 2) prepping stuff for resale. Now there's a good idea.

In summary:

  • have some "strict" healthy days once or twice a week.
  • really focus on the during my "work blocks"
  • be more proactive about reselling
  • afternoon personal blocks for storage sifting, and prepping stuff for resale, where applicable.
