It was my day off, and I choose not to follow a schedule. There were some things I still did, which are probably mostly internalized as habits by now. There were some things I didn't bother doing, or just forgot about.

my sleep schedule has been pretty fucked the past week or so, what with my health issues and all. I'll slowly need to ween myself back onto my regularly scheduled program.
