1.Slowy but surely, making progress on trimming down.
2.Dinner was immensely delicious!
3.Working was good: got a decent amount done, and also didn't feel to stressed about it.

How could I have made today better?

I googled my ex-girlfriends. I had a stray thought that went something like, "I wonder if she ever thinks about me." And that lead to some, "research." Suffice it to say, I am fucking idiot.
