My meals could be healthier, as usual. A pile of veggies isn't going to negate processed meat and refined carbs, as much as I would like to think so.
I didn't do much at work today; I really should be putting more into that.
When it comes to being motivated about things, I seem to go in "waves". I'll be motivated for a good while, reach a lull, and then be extremely motivated again. I wish I was just more consistently motivated to do stuff. I still need to work myself in such a way that doing things I don't need to do will seem more natural, and require less effort.
