1.Feeling well-rested.
2.Warm clothing and hot coffee on a cold morning.
3.Kind people.

What would make today great?

1.Following the schedule that I've set out for myself, and a mitigation of any dawdling.
2.Eating out for lunch.
3.Getting rid of even more stuff.

Daily affirmations. I am...

... not wasting my time by being kind to others.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.It's was nice weather out - not too cold, not too hot.
2.I ordered out for lunch, and it was delicious!
3.Got a decent amount of work done.

How could I have made today better?

My knees hurt. Again. I'm not sure why, but here's things I could be doing:

  • be wary of how I'm when at my desk working.
  • walk a little bit, but not too much.
  • eat healthier.
  • get some good sleep.

I emailed my doctor, so let's see what she has to say about this.

Other than that, my knee pain kept me from doing other stuff. Or maybe that's an excuse. I'm not sure.
