My knees still bothering me, but feel a little than past few days. This is taking much longer to heal than before, though. I dunno, just need to relax and not push my luck.
I've been lazy with my diet. Need to be more careful.
Also, I really need to stop every now and again, and remind myself to be thankful. That is the whole point to this exercise, isn't it?
