3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.Felt very productive at work, found a new type of pomodoro timer video.
2.I went down the path of looking for Lao food recipes, and made some informative and education discoveries.
3.Hooked up my new scanline generator to my VGA monitor, and it worked out nicely.

How could I have made today better?

Today was a pretty good day overall.

Lunch and dinner were technically healthier than the previous days (in terms of carb content), but I guess just not as tasty. I really need to get on making my vault of tried-and-true recipes that I can refer to.

I wonder if this FODMAP diet is really doing anything. I really miss eating my brocolli and brussel sprouts.

I think I feel well enough to take on some light physical activity - so maybe I should get on that again.

I haven't been keeping up with my morning, "mental prep" time, opting instead to just right into work. I should be careful not to burn myself out.
