I'm really liking the pomodoro-study-with-me videos on youtube. I should really think about incorporating that into some other times when I need to focus for long periods of time.
While focusing on work has been going well, I feel focus on things outside of work haven't been. I think I need to either re-examine the things that I'm putting on my schedule, or actually get back into the swing of things.
I suppose tackling my sleep comes first though. I haven't woken up at 5am for a few weeks, all in the name of getting more sleep. However, even waking up at 6am, I still feel tired initially, but I feel fine after I get going. So maybe I'll just get at 5am, and just see how I feel.
