3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I found a bunch of different variations on the Pomodoro timer study videos, and it's been really helpful keeping me focused today.
2.Lunch out was great, as usual.
3.Team retro at work was kind of fun.

How could I have made today better?

I'm really liking the pomodoro-study-with-me videos on youtube. I should really think about incorporating that into some other times when I need to focus for long periods of time.

While focusing on work has been going well, I feel focus on things outside of work haven't been. I think I need to either re-examine the things that I'm putting on my schedule, or actually get back into the swing of things.

I suppose tackling my sleep comes first though. I haven't woken up at 5am for a few weeks, all in the name of getting more sleep. However, even waking up at 6am, I still feel tired initially, but I feel fine after I get going. So maybe I'll just get at 5am, and just see how I feel.
