Going to figure out my sleep issues.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I finally went into the storage unit, grabbed the next box to clear out.
2.Good focus during work.
3.My video scan converter arrived, to allow me to connect VGA output to standard consumer CRTs.

How could I have made today better?

I woke up feeling really tired, and slept in for about 2 hours. I felt mostly fine afterwards though. I have a feeling that getting my sleep cycle right is going to be a long-term thing to keep tweaking and thinking about.

My eating habits have gone down hill -- I should get myself back in line.
