I felt a little bit irritable, at moments throughout the day. However, I'd say I feel better than the last few days. Not sure why.
I still think my diet definitely needs improvement; seems like I've been compensating for my irritability by eating delicious and unhealthy foods. Need to strike a balance.
This morning, I verbalized some of my frustrations (a la personal video log style), and it helped a bit. Maybe I'll try that again, or find some other means of to vent when I need it.
