3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.I went out for lunch again, and it was fucking delicious.
2.I received my online order, so am again well stocked with bubbly drinks.
3.Work was not too stressful.

How could I have made today better?

I felt a little bit irritable, at moments throughout the day. However, I'd say I feel better than the last few days. Not sure why.

I still think my diet definitely needs improvement; seems like I've been compensating for my irritability by eating delicious and unhealthy foods. Need to strike a balance.

This morning, I verbalized some of my frustrations (a la personal video log style), and it helped a bit. Maybe I'll try that again, or find some other means of to vent when I need it.
