3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.An insane amount of clean-up and organization.
2.A decent bit of focus at work, but not too much work to cause stressing out.
3.Slowly clearing out the storage unit felt good.

How could I have made today better?

I go back and forth between looking for stuff online, and trying to be re-discover and be content with what I have. I'm not sure what to make of it. I think I should spend less time on social media, which partly seems to be fueling my fervor.

I cooked some food. It was so delicious, and made think about wanting more food. It was something I made, nothing processed. It just made me think tentatively about food addiction.
