I've been ignoring my alarm and sleeping quite a bit. I don't know why. I know that logically speaking, I've been able to get up, and feel fine afterwards. These days, I'm just letting myself sleep in. Granted, I still wake up earlier than I ever have (around 7am usually), but I feel like I could be doing better with my sleep in general.
Reading has been... taking a downturn as well. Despite making regular progress, I'll usually settle for reading 1-2 pages per sitting. Which is better than nothing, but progress has definitely slowed down.
I need to follow the pomodoro technique. Not only for focusing on work, but I find the intervals are timed well for getting up and not sitting too long, which I have a bad tendency to do.
Not that my knees are doing better, I wonder if I should be getting back into the swing of exercising in the mornings. Or, at the very least, continue with my walking routines as I had done previously.
