going to get my head straight and focus on what I need and want to do.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.Had some good focus at work.
2.Was tempted to just eat out again, but sucked it up and cooked a meal in.
3.Followed my schedule a bit, instead of my usual dawdling.

How could I have made today better?

I need to get some better quality sleep. It's good that I'm able to sleep in a little longer, but I feel like missing those morning hours is kind of unfortunate.

I really need to get back into the groove of downsizing.
