1.I got a decent amount of work done.
2.Lunch was flipping delicious.
3.Rediscovered my love of Triumph, the Insult Comic Dog.

How could I have made today better?

Still anxious, but I'm managing; I just can't wait to get this meeting over with. I started the Headspace meditation course on anxiety (again), and I'm hoping that will help.
