1.Getting a solid amount of work done, sans anxiety.
2.Eating something delicious, and also semi-healthy.
3.Squeezing in some solid relaxation time.

3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.Played a bunch of video games, got my mind off things.
2.Felt really anxious this morning, but it eventually tapered off; otherwise, it was a slow day at work.
3.I took a walk and sat outside, for the first time in what seems like a while.

How could I have made today better?

Anxiety is still killing me. I think meditation is helping me, though I need to be more conscious of the techniques I learn during each lesson.

Should get back to pomodoro-timings.

I really need to get my sleep cycle in check.
