3 Amazing things that happened today.
1.Had lunch at Niles' place, which is always a nice change of pace.
2.Unexpectedly fixed a problem at work, which I didn't think would be fixable.
3.Anxiety back down to lower levels.
How could I have made today better?
I'm still a touch anxious, because I haven't heard back on whether what I did works or not. So, I have a dreadful feeling that of that anxiety returning - still need to work on that. Somehow.
Could have eaten more healthily.
