1.A good amount of focus at work.

3.Stepped out to get some sunlight.

How could I have made today better?

I felt kinda down part of the day - for what seems like no reason at aall. I stepped out to get some sun, thinking it would do me some good. I'd like to think that it did.

My neck has been sore, for some reason. I think I'll try a heat compress and see how that goes.
