1.Made a minor breakthrough at work - felt good to figure something out.
2.Saved some cash by not eating out, and cooked myself lunch/dinner today.
3.Didn't dawdle as much as I usually do - a relative improvement, as of late.
How could I have made today better?
Lunch was okay - I really should go back to cooking much more, and also keeping tabs on calories / portions. My weight has pretty much plateaued, so not sure what else to do.
