How could I have made today better?

I've been feeling down lately. I don't know why. I know my diet has kind of changed a bit, and I'm getting less sleep -- I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

At work, I just have this sinking feeling that something bad is going to happen. I dunno why.

Playing through this video game that's set in Japan -- it makes me kinda sad that I won't be able to travel this year.
