1.Went out for an afternoon walk, and sat outside -- felt good to be out.
2.Meals were healthier than usual.
3.Started listening to Korean podcast for the first time in a long while.

How could I have made today better?

Still having a hard time pacing myself when it comes to work.

Meals were healthy, but could be better - relatively low carb, but needs more veggies.
