3 Amazing things that happened today.

1.Had a relatively healthy lunch, which was a nice change of pace.
2.My lower back/butt are feeling better, and I've been better at taking breaks while working.
3.Had a lot of good focus at work.

How could I have made today better?

Lower back / butt are getting better, but really need to be careful of my sitting position and getting up more often.
