1.Ate at a new restaurant for the first time.
2.Got my brand-spanking-new office chair.
3.Spent a few hours playing video games.

How could I have made today better?

  • lower back and butt still hurt. I was mindful for taking breaks, but could still be better. Walking around helped a lot.
  • need to get back in the habit of making meals. I don't remember the last time I made something at home.
