How could I have made today better?

  • I became really anxious replying to a client email; it really shouldn't have been so difficult. I keep rolling in my head: what's the worst that could happen? Logically, it doesn't seem bad, but I still felt a little weird about it. I... know I shouldn't, so I definitely need to work on that.
  • need to eat healthier. I can't seem to get back into the groove of things, and I'm not sure why.
